I am currently using this method the first week after I get my hair done I have spiral curls. I use five purple and pink rollers in my whole head. I was told by my stylist to wrap a section of my hair around the whole roller holding the roller vertically not horizontally and my curls will last. It last about a week and a half Then I just let them fall.
