My name is Kristen, and I have been natural for 23 years, which is my entire life. LOL. Val states throughout her blog the importance of maintaining one’s hair, and I would have to second that. I have been going to the same stylist for over 12 years. I go to the beauty shop faithfully every 2 weeks as well. I would like to share my journey as natural child, teenager, and now a woman.
